QuickBooks disconnected

The Area Yield Portfolio Dashboard no longer has access to your QuickBooks Online company file. No further accounting data will be retrieved.

What happened

Your authorisation was revoked and the access token invalidated. Because the integration was read-only, nothing in your QuickBooks books was changed by disconnecting — or at any point while it was connected.

What this means

The Dashboard can no longer read your Profit & Loss data.
Financial figures already loaded remain visible as a historical snapshot but will stop updating.
Rent-roll and occupancy reporting is unaffected — it comes from a separate spreadsheet, not QuickBooks.

Removing stored data

To have QuickBooks-derived figures deleted from the Dashboard, email hello@areayield.com and we will remove them, subject to any accounting or tax retention obligations. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Reconnecting later

You can reauthorise at any time — reporting resumes from the point of reconnection, and previously loaded periods are preserved.
